DIY Project- Tissue Paper Pom-Poms

This is my first post, I made a Tissue Paper Pom-Pom.  This was a test run for my Baby Sprinkle Party. I will be having a girl early June and am looking for great DIY projects to make the party look expensive with a stay at home mom budget.
